At Homeez.pk, we aim to deliver your orders quickly and safely across Pakistan. This Shipping Policy outlines our delivery process, shipping timelines, and other important details.
1. Delivery Coverage
We currently deliver orders all over Pakistan, including:
- Major cities such as Karachi, Lahore, Islamabad, Rawalpindi, Faisalabad, Multan, and Peshawar
- Most towns and suburban areas via our trusted courier partners
If your area is not covered by our delivery partners, our support team will contact you to arrange an alternative solution.
2. Processing Time
- All orders are processed within 4–5 working days after payment confirmation.
- Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed on the next business day.
Once your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive a confirmation message or email with tracking details.
3. Delivery Time
Estimated delivery times are as follows:
- Karachi: 1–2 working days
- Major Cities: 2–4 working days
- Other Areas: 3–6 working days
Please note that delivery times may vary due to:
- Courier delays
- Weather conditions
- Holidays or peak seasons
4. Shipping Charges
- Free Delivery may be offered on selected products or order values (as mentioned on the product page or checkout).
- Standard delivery charges apply to orders below the free shipping threshold, based on location and package size.
Shipping charges (if any) will be clearly displayed before you complete your purchase.
5. Cash on Delivery (COD)
We offer Cash on Delivery (COD) across most areas of Pakistan.
Please make sure:
- You provide a valid address and active phone number
- You are available to receive and pay for the parcel at delivery time
Repeated refusal of COD orders may result in restrictions on your future purchases.
6. Order Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, we’ll send you a tracking number via SMS or email.
You can use this number to track your shipment directly on the courier’s website.
7. Delayed or Lost Shipments
In rare cases, deliveries may be delayed or lost due to courier or operational issues.
If your order is delayed beyond the expected time:

- We’ll coordinate with the courier to resolve the issue promptly
If your parcel is confirmed lost, we will offer a replacement or full refund as per our Refund Policy.
8. Incorrect Address or Contact Information
Please ensure all shipping details (address, phone number, postal code) are entered correctly during checkout.
Homeez.pk is not responsible for delays or non-delivery due to incorrect or incomplete information.
9. Damaged Packages
If your package appears damaged or tampered with, please refuse to accept it and inform us immediately at info@homeez.pk.
We will investigate the issue and arrange a replacement or refund where applicable.
