At Homeez.pk, we strive to ensure customer satisfaction. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.

🔁 Return Eligibility

You can request a return within 7 days of receiving your order.

To qualify for a return:

  • Item must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition

  • Must include original packaging, accessories, and invoice

  • Product should not be damaged due to misuse

❌ Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Used or damaged items (not due to our fault)

  • Products without original packaging

  • Discounted or sale items (unless defective)

  • Personal use items (e.g., hygiene-related products)

📦 Return Process

To initiate a return:

  1. Contact us via WhatsApp or Email with your Order Number

  2. Share clear pictures/video of the product (if damaged or incorrect)

  3. Our team will review and approve your request

  4. After approval:

    • You may ship the item back, OR

    • Request a pickup (if available in your area)

🔄 Exchange Policy

  • Exchanges are accepted within 7 days

  • You can request:

    • Same product (size/color change)

    • Different product of equal value

💰 Refund Policy

Once we receive and inspect your returned item:

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 working days

  • Refund methods:

    • Bank Transfer

    • EasyPaisa / JazzCash

  • Cash on Delivery (COD) orders will be refunded digitally (not in cash)

🚚 Return Shipping Charges

  • If the item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, we will cover shipping cost

  • For all other reasons (change of mind, size issue), customer will bear shipping charges

⚠️ Damaged or Wrong Item

If you receive a faulty or wrong product:

  • Report within 48 hours of delivery

  • Provide photo/video proof

  • We will arrange free replacement or full refund

⛔ Order Cancellation

  • Orders can be cancelled before dispatch only

  • Once shipped, cancellation is not allowed
